Conundrum Sparkling
The wine opens on the nose with the delicate scent of melon and citrus. Crisp flavors of freshly cut fruit come through the palate, with warm notes of white peach and honeydew layered with a minerality that evokes the clean impression of wet stone. Each sip of this wine lingers in the mouth, with bright lemon and lime and a long, sensuous finish.

Conundrum Rose
An alluring color of rose gold, this wine offers fresh scents of watermelon, strawberries and ripe peaches. Floral notes come through on the nose and carry over to the palate, along with flavors of berries, pomegranate and citrus. Both dry and round, layers of delicate and intense fruit flavors add a degree of character that can be elusive in a Rosé. The finish on this wine is light and bright, with a floral quality blending seamlessly with the lushness of its fruit.

2. Bink’s Outfitters

Sierra Nevada Olivia Abbey White Ale
The monks at the Abbey of New Clairvaux hold themselves to a higher standard. So when they challenged us to create a beer that transcends all others, our brewers blended Old World tradition with modern-day mastery to deliver the perfect expression of Belgian witbier worthy of a goblet but comfortable in a pint.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
Pale Ale began as a home brewer’s dream, grew into an icon, and inspired countless brewers to follow a passion of their own. Its unique piney and grapefruit aromas from the use of whole-cone American hops have fascinated beer drinkers for decades and made this beer a classic, yet it remains new, complex and surprising to thousands of beer drinkers every day. It is—as it always has been—all natural, bottle conditioned and refreshingly bold.

Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA
Sierra Nevada and hops go hand in hand. What began as a crazy idea scribbled in a pub eventually became our newest year-round hop bomb, Torpedo Extra IPA. The first beer to feature our “Hop Torpedo”—a revolutionary dry-hopping device that controls how much hop aroma is imparted into beer without adding additional bitterness. Torpedo Extra IPA is an aggressive yet balanced beer with massive hop aromas of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit.

Sierra Nevada Tropical Torpedo
Inspired by the island life, we created an IPA completely disconnected from the mainland. We used our one-of-a-kind Hop Torpedo to deliver an intense rush of hop flavor and the lush aromas of mango, papaya, and passion fruit with every sip. Enjoy our tropical twist on the American IPA

BackPack Cheeky Rose
Our Cheeky Rosé features a sly, drier expression, with a lovely combination of peach, strawberry and rose petals; as a clean, crisp blush wine, it’s a bright treat with rich foods and perfect alongside an open grill.

Concannon Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc was planted in Livermore Valley in the 1880s, and it has become a hallmark varietal for all of California. Livermore Valley Sauvignon Blancs are known for their racy, intense flavor and outstanding balance. Our grapes are grown in the San Francisco Bay appellation and California’s Central Coast where they flourish due to the cool coastal climate – a climate that encourages the vines to concentrate their flavors in the ripening of their fruit. The result: Our world-class and award-winning Sauvignon Blanc.

Concannon Chardonnay
Rich! – that is how we describe our flavorful Chardonnays. Rich in flavor and rich in our passion for making it. Chardonnay is a delicate grape in that it picks up on the flavors of the soil and the winemaking techniques. It’s for this reason that we take special care in the process of creating this wine with grapes from Livermore Valley and the Central Coast. We age our Chardonnay in small oak barrels to enhance its richness and add slight overtones of spice and vanilla. In other words: Delicious.

6. Puryear, Newman & Morton Law

Wente Sauvignon Blanc (only use 2016 vintage)
Our Louis Mel Sauvignon Blanc is harvested when the sugars and acidity in the grapes are perfectly balanced and optimal for our finished wine. The grapes are picked cold before sunrise and brought to the winery where they are gently pressed, cold settled, and then cold fermented. All of these steps ensure that we are extracting and maintaining only the best of flavors from our estate grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Wente Morning Fog Chardonnay
Morning Fog Chardonnay is an great expression of Livermore Valley Chardonnay, with diverse alluvial fans of soil consistently creating Chardonnay with beautiful and lingering minerality, which coupled with the natural acidity from the long and cool growing season, creates a beautiful wine

Wente Sandstone Merlot
Our Sandstone Merlot is a great display of Bordeaux grapes from hillside and valley floor vineyards, each of which gives distinct aromatics and structure to the wine. The estate grown and certified sustainable vineyards that make up this wine are harvested, fermented and aged separately in barrel for about a year before they are blended together. We add Petite Sirah to the blend which then ages for another 6-12 months. Although lighter in structure than a Cabernet Sauvignon, this Merlot combines solid, yet silky tannins with diverse fruit flavors to make a lasting impression.

Wente Southern Hills Cabernet Sauvignon
With fruit sourced from our estate vineyards, our Southern Hills Cabernet Sauvignon is expressive of the Livermore Valley. The fruit comes from the valley floor and southern hills of Livermore Valley with its gravelly alluvial fans. Our soil and climate help to give us a Cabernet that is rich in flavor with an appealing structure.

7. The Registry

071 Prosecco
The careful blending of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varietal grapes has long been the secret to the success of the famous sparkling wines of the Champagne region. The wines of this region have gone down in history as the finest example of France’s sparkling produce, and the methods of processing the grapes in this region have been imitated in almost every wine producing country in the world. There are actually seven different grape varietals allowed to be included in a Champagne sparkling wine, although grape varietals such as Pinot Blanc, Arbanne and Pinot Gris are used less and less commonly in its production. Whilst the Chardonnay varietal grapes offer their distinctive biscuit flavor and wonderful astringency, it is the Pinot Noir grapes (most commonly used for producing beautifully light red wines) which give the Champagne wines their length and backbone.

Gilia Pinot Grigio
Fresh with delicate mineral notes and hints of golden apples.

Gifft Red Blend
Gifft Red Blend is comprised of 10 different varietals, blended to showcase the fully-integrated bright fruit character of each component. With aromas of blackberry and ripe plum and loads of black fruit on the palate, it exhibits a smooth, silky mouthfeel on a medium bodied, soft round frame with a touch of vanilla and sweet oak.

As pioneers in a frontier penal colony, they forged a new country and new lives, brick by brick. This wine celebrates the rules they broke and the culture they built. The Banished is a blend that is brooding with richness. Like the wine rations served on convict ships, every sip deserves to be savored. Nineteen crimes turned criminals into colonists. Upon conviction British rogues guilty of a least one of the 19 crimes were sentenced to live in Australia, rather than death. This punishment by “transportation” began in 1783 and many of the lawless died at sea. For the rough-hewn prisoners who made it to shore, a new world awaited.

19 Crimes The Uprising
In making 19 Crimes “The Uprising” we selected particular wine parcels for their spice and concentration of flavor providing the wine with great intensity and lusciousness on the palate. The mid-palate is rich and expansive with fresh acidity that carries flavors of freeze-dried berries and clementine rind through the long-lasting finish.

Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon
For Napa Valley Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon 2014, the winemaking process started by picking fruit at optimum physiological maturity. Once in the cellar, we kept wine lots separated by individual vineyard. The wine underwent extended maceration up to 60 days in some cases, and we re-evaluated the progress of each lot before moving the wine to classic Bordeaux and Burgundy barrels (70% new oak, 30% seasoned) where it underwent malolactic fermentation, and was racked every 4 to 6 months until blending 20 months later.

Steorra Sparkling
A lover of champagne, Joe Wagner has long wanted to create a classic sparkling wine using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit. Steorra, his first-ever sparkling wine, takes its name from the Old English word for ‘star’ and is a non-vintage Brut style sparkling sourced from Sonoma County’s cool-climate Russian River Valley esteemed for these grape varieties. Steorra is made in an elegant soft style with a fine bead and universally appealing flavors of lemon sherbet, luscious cream, subtle toastiness and a fresh finish.

Rumchata
Rumchata’s ingredients are hand selected from all around the world. It’s not easy crafting the best tasting cream liqueur in the Universe, but it’s a challenge we’ve taken head on. Every delicious batch of RumChata is mixed up from scratch and contains our own unique blend of premium Caribbean rum, which is selected for its light and smooth character. We then take that rum and homogenize it with the finest dairy cream from Wisconsin. The final step of our process is blending in our own unique flavors, which come from six different countries and as far away as Madagascar. With the completion of each batch, we taste test it, hand bottle it, carefully pack it up, and then it is finally ready for delivery to our dedicated fans far and wide. There’s nothing we love more than providing our customers with the best tasting cream liqueur ever—except maybe drinking the best tasting cream liqueur ever.

31. Vue Optique
